Training: Access for your team to CAYM’s Mentoring Essentials Course, which includes training and material  on these topics:

  • Biblical Basis for Mentoring
  • What Makes Mentoring Work
  • Recruiting
  • Screening Mentors and Mentees
  • Mentor Orientation Training
  • Matching
  • Match Supervision

Consulting: Two hours of video meetings with CAYM staff to receive input on issues and topics important to your team.

Advanced Training: Training for mentors and leaders topics designed to advance skills in building relationships with youth and overseeing the mentoring ministry. These can be done as a group training or individually. New topics are added quarterly.
