At the Christian Mentoring Institute (CMI), training means two things:

After the training ends, we have an ongoing commitment to you and your ministry to provide the advice, resources and connections that can help your ministry thrive.

Many Christians are seeking to start mentoring ministries, and others are seeking ways to increase their ministry's effectiveness. CMI offers trainings to help you at your level -- whether you are just starting or your ministry is already growing. Take a look at our training:

Becoming a mentor	Training on the basics of becoming a mentor through a local Christian mentoring ministry and member of the Christian Association of Youth Mentoring.	Mentors
Mentor Orientation	Learning to be an Effective Mentor. This is a local event for those involved in mentoring ministry.	Leadership
