Membership Agreement

We/I apply for membership in the Christian Association of Youth Mentoring and affirm that our ministry is, or I as an individual am, committed to Jesus Christ in a manner consistent with biblical truth, and to the belief that Jesus is both Lord and Savior. I have read and agreed with the CAYM's Mission Statement and Standards.   It is recognized that membership can be withdrawn or declined by the CAYM at their discretion. Likewise, each individual, church or ministry retains the right to withdraw their membership from the association for any or no reason.   This next statement(s) is only applicable to ministries, not individuals:  Our ministry is a member of the ECFA or, our annual budget and financial statement are attached and we will provide an audited statement if it is ever requested.   We commit to abide by all federal, state, and local laws and also to conduct our ministry in an effective and safe manner consistent with the CAYM's ministry standards. We also commit that we intend to match only mentors who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (we have attached our statement of faith).
