Our Vision at CAYM To promote and support a movement where every church, individual and ministry sees mentoring as a vital tool in reaching vulnerable youth in the church and an essential outreach to youth and families in the community
Our members work within their churches or communities to mobilize Christians to reach youth and families through relationships with caring Christians. We seek to advance this vision by:

Promoting mentoring through our website, materials, conferences and speaking engagements.

Training Christians to start or further develop safe and effective mentoring ministries by using the best practices in a Christian context.

Providing materials that help mentoring ministries organize and manage their ministries efficiently and effectively as wells as materials for individual mentors to be able to develop lasting bonds with their protégés.
